Well, I don't know Celsius either XD;. America versus the world, I say! Just joking, of course ^o^. I spent 4 months in Japan, and still never learned Celcius ^^;. I just stuck my hand off the balcony to decide what would be appropriate to wear that day XD;.
Okay, maybe I shouldn't be complaining then XD? It just usually isn't this cold during this time of year (I have wistful memories of t-shirts and a lack of a coat this time last year), so everyone's quite shocked XD;. Are you used to that type of weather o.O;? And how do you not completely choke yourself to death on a 12-ft-long scarf XD? I think having such a scarf in my possession would spell out my death ^^;.
Scarf hasn't killed me yet. although my mouth tends to feel like cotton for an hour after wearing it XD
Actually, i find this warm. well, not warm, but warm for winter, because I'm going to university SOUTHWARDS from where i grew up. In my hometown, we didn't get indoor recesses until it was minus 20. if it was minus 19 with a windchill of minus 30? NOPE. outside.
i tend to wear a trench coat open with no mitts or hats aroudn the freezing mark, which always gets the southerners freaking out at me :3

That amusing "feels like" column is a life saver, because the wind is a bitch on my campus, so we go by that instead of the actual temperature XD;.
Hmm... I think I have 5 or 6 more weeks of classes left before summer break? Sheesh, where has the semester gone o.O;? I'm tired of school for now, I need a nice summer break XD;. 3 semesters in a row is TOO MANY.
I wish there was somethign like that back in Chicago. T-T Though whenever it says a wind chill of negative something degrees, we just subtract that from the actual temperature. Perhaps it's the same. XD

I get my weather off of weather.com XD. Just search for your zip code at the top, and it'll give you the actual temp, and the feels like and such ^o^. It's very handy, as I live on the second floor of my dorm, and don't feel like traipsing outside momentarily to see if it's ass-freezing-off weather or not XD;.
