Err, I lied yesterday. I said the next time I'd post, I'd be in Japan, but I'm still in Vancouver.

Currently in the Vancouver airport, so I just wanted to let everyone know I'll be on

until further notice.

I really hope I'll have internet at my apartment when I get there, but that's not for 100% sure >.>;. So anyway, I'll either talk to all you guys in either a few days, or possibly a month >.>;.

LOVE YOU ALL SERIOUSLY! Ja neeeeeeee for now <3 <3 <3!

I... umm!!! *collapses*

Oh my god, I'm half dead at the moment, sorry XD;. I has the internets!

HEY, umm, are you still coming to Yokohama possibly ^o^? You said you might be around on Sept 20-22, and I know I'm definitely free on Sept 22, and possibly Sept 21. I have to work on my birthday ALLLLLL day, damn XD;. *will work hard on Sept 20th anyway*

Are you going to have e-mail while you're in Japan? Because we could contact each other fairly easily that way, if your hotels had internet or whatever.

As long as the rail pass works the way I think it does, I'll definitely be coming to Yokohama. I was still planning on arriving on the 20th, but I might stay till the 23rd instead, it depends how much the hostile is and everything. Stupid money. D:

I'll be using internet cafes so my internet access will be touchy at best. I'll definitely try to get on though as much as I can because we'll need to set up a time, place, and date to meet.
Sep. 7th, 2008 06:16 am (UTC)
You could stay at my apartment if you wanted o.o. I'm about 2 stops away from Yokohama. It might not be the most comfortable, but if money's an issue, that'd solve that problem XD;. Just let me know if you want to! I'll could try to locate some extra blankets.
Sep. 7th, 2008 06:20 am (UTC)
O______O Are you sure you wouldn't mind? I mean, I'll be the first to admit, I'm the worst roommate ever. I snore really, really loudly. And sometimes I talk in my sleep. It would be awesome and my wallet and I would thank you profusely (and take you out for a birthday celebration!) but only if you are 1000000% sure it's okay. I don't want you (or I) to feel like I'm taking advantage.
Sep. 7th, 2008 06:35 am (UTC)
It'd be fine with me XD. I work ALL DAY on the 20th, so you'd have to entertain yourself until I could let you into my apartment that evening... but it'd be fine with me ^_^. I just need to go out and buy another pillow and blanket, but we can set up some sort of livable sleeping situation XD.

You're only taking advantage if you break all the windows and steal my PRIZED POSSESSIONS (namely my computer or Domo-kun plushie), so no worries XD.

So when are you going to be in Yokohama exactly? Sept. 20 - 22/23? Now I'm getting kinda excited XD. HOUSE GUEST!
Sep. 7th, 2008 06:42 am (UTC)
Oh my god, this will be awesome! Thank you thank you thank you! You just made two/three days of my trip waaaay less stressful. :D Do you want to set up a specific time and place to meet up on the 20th? Preferably someplace close to the main train station (where I'll probably be coming in) so I don't get insanely lost? And yes, I'll get there on the 20th and stay until the 22 or 23. I want to head back to Tokyo a few days before I head out so I can spend some more time there. :D
Sep. 7th, 2008 07:06 am (UTC)
When are you getting in on the 20th? I get off work at about 9-9:30pm usually, (10pm if something freakish happens that I absolutely have to stay for).

I can meet you anywhere in the train station... if I don't get lost XD. Yokohama station scares me a bit, honestly, but since I've been there and gotten lost once, I think I can find my way around better if I go again XD;. Yokohama station leads directly into a big shopping area... there's a Starbucks fairly close to where the train station area spits you out, so maybe we could meet there? If you tell me what line you'll be coming off of, maybe I can go scope out some exact directions for you.

Just... don't expect anything too posh XD;! My guest sleeping accommodations is basically either sleeping on the floor, or if you don't mind, dragging the not-quite long enough cushion off the couch, and sleeping on that ^^;;;. I have one of those weird kinda short couches, that only a 4-foot tall person could sleep comfortably on XD;. It might be the most comfortable... but it'll be free? Plus you can use my internet/bathroom/kitchen/etc XD.

Honestly, I have no idea when I'll be getting in. I haven't looked at the train schedules yet. >_< I need to get on that. It doesn't help that I'm planning on just sort of drifting through Japan and deciding what and where I'm going to go once I get there. But chances are, I'll be able to find the Starbucks and even if I can't, I'm sure someone will be able to help me find it. I'll let you know once I actually get over there though, what line I'll be coming off of.

I bet your apartment is wonderful and I'm sure I'll be so tired of hostels at that point that I'll think of it as a four star hotel. :DDD Honestly though, I'm not stuck up about stuff like that; I have no problem sleeping on the floor (or a midget pillow!) and I'm eternally grateful to you that you're letting me stay at all. Like you said, it's free! AND THERE WILL BE A NON-PUBLIC BATHROOM HELL YES. <333
Sep. 7th, 2008 06:42 pm (UTC)
Oh, well then I'll just expect to see you at the Starbucks on Sept. 20th around 9pm or so then XD. Just send me an e-mail to confirm/deny when it gets closer to the day, if something happens ^o^. Oh, and just so you know, the Starbucks I'm thinking of, the seating area is on the second floor... you order your coffee stuffs, and then wander off to the right, and you'll see a little staircase leading up to the tables. I thought I'd warn you, since I was confused about that the first time I went there XD;.

Drifting through Japan is the best course of action, as time schedules are for suckers. Do what you want when you want, and surely you'll have fun ^_^.

Thank you for not being stuck up about accommodations XD. I'll still clean like mad before you come, though, so that it at least has that AIR of maybe possibly having the potential to one day be a four star hotel XD.
