So, I thought maybe it was in my head that Yoshiko, the other teacher at my school, doesn't like me.But no, it's 100% true.

I was putting my coat in the closet, which is right by her closet, so I decided to be polite and say hi. Most times when I try to be friendly, I'm met with an ice wall, but I still try anyway.

So, I ask her how yesterday was, since she finishes hours before me on Thursdays. I'm met with:

"Emily, I really find it irritating when you ask me questions like this."

I immediately turned around and went back to my classroom. I was so shocked. I guess I don't have to wonder if she has it out for me anymore, though.

I wanted to be friends, but an icy co-worker relationship will have to suffice.
